Rabinol 20 tablet is a medication used to reduce stomach acid production and treat acid-related stomach and intestine diseases like acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness, flatulence, diarrhea, and stomach pain. Long-term use may increase the risk of bone fractures, especially with higher doses. Low blood magnesium levels may occur in some people for over three months. It is not suitable for certain individuals, including those with severe liver problems, HIV medications, allergic reactions, bone loss, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those experiencing dizziness or sleepiness.
