Ondiron Drop is a medication used to treat nausea and vomiting in children, particularly those undergoing surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or stomach/intestinal infections. It can be given before or after meals and can be given 30 minutes before chemotherapy, 1 to 2 hours before radiotherapy, and 1 hour before surgery. If the child vomits within 30 minutes, repeat the dose. Ondiron 2mg Drop may cause temporary side effects like headache, constipation, diarrhea, and fatigue, which usually subside once the child's body adapts to the medication. If these side effects persist or become bothersome, consult a doctor. It is crucial to inform the doctor about any medications the child is taking, including painkillers, antibiotics, or depression medications, and any history of liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, heart, or allergy issues.
