Mecobal OD Tablet is a medication used to treat vitamin B12 deficiency and megaloblastic anaemia, a blood disorder caused by vitamin B12 deficiency. It contains Methylcobalamin, a naturally occurring form of Vitamin B12. Mecobel OD Tablet is also used to manage peripheral neuropathy, a condition characterized by weakness, numbness, and pain due to nerve damage. It ensures adequate supply of vitamin B12 for proper red blood cell formation.
