It is taken with or without food, and the dose and frequency are determined by the doctor. It is recommended to take the tablets regularly to prevent future complications. Common side effects include angioedema, low blood pressure, impaired renal function, and high potassium levels. Before taking this medication, inform your doctor about any other blood pressure, heart conditions, kidney or liver disease, and other medications. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
