TRANOFAST-MF TAB (ALU)

Tranofast MF Tablet is a medication used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding and pain. It prevents blood clot breakdown, controlling excessive bleeding during periods and blocking pain and inflammation. It can be taken with food or at the same time each day, starting on the first day of menstruation. Common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, headache, nasal congestion, sinus pain, rash, tiredness, and musculoskeletal pain. It may cause diarrhea, so fluids are recommended. Consult a doctor if no changes in periods occur after three consecutive periods.
