Temsunol-F tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat men with an enlarged prostate gland. It relieves symptoms like difficulty urinating and frequent toileting. It should be taken daily, as prescribed by a doctor, and not missed. Side effects include impotence, breast pain, ejaculation disorder, and low sexual desire. It should not be taken by women or children, and should be informed about other medications, contraception, blood pressure checks, and alcohol consumption. It is not used to prevent prostate cancer.
