Temsunol D Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat men with an enlarged prostate gland. It relieves symptoms like difficulty urinating and frequent toileting. It should be taken with or without food, and the dose prescribed by the doctor. It may take up to 4 weeks for symptoms to improve. Common side effects include impotence, decreased libido, breast pain, and ejaculation disorder. It should not be taken by women or children and should be informed about other medications, contraception, blood pressure checks, and alcohol consumption.
