Telkonol-AH Tablet is a combination of medications used to treat hypertension, lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. It should be taken with or without food, and should be taken regularly until prescribed by a doctor. Common side effects include headache, dizziness, fatigue, flu-like symptoms, diarrhea, and sinusitis. Consult a doctor if any of these symptoms persist or worsen. Drink plenty of fluids while taking the medication. Inform your doctor about liver, kidney, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and other medications used to treat high blood pressure or heart conditions.
