Telkonol-ACT 40 Tablet is a combination of medications used to treat hypertension, lowering blood pressure and reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. It should be taken with food and taken at the same time daily. It contains a diuretic, so it should be avoided within four hours of bed. Common side effects include ankle swelling, headache, dizziness, tiredness, and taste change. Consult a doctor if any of these bother you.
