Sertanol-50 Tablet is an antidepressant prescribed for depression, anxiety-related conditions, and premenstrual dysphoric disorder. It can be taken with or without food, and the dose and frequency are determined by the doctor. It is taken regularly at the same time each day, with morning intake advised for sleep issues. Common side effects include nausea, indigestion, loss of appetite, increased sweating, tremors, insomnia, and diarrhea. Sexual side effects may also occur.
