Respinol 2mg Tablet is used to treat schizophrenia and mania. Common side effects include insomnia, sedation, somnolence, parkinsonism, and headache. It may increase weight, but modifying lifestyle with a healthy diet and regular exercise can reduce this. Regular glucose monitoring is recommended.
