Noltrexate Tablet is a cancer treatment medication used in various body parts, including breasts, head, neck, lungs, blood, bone, lymph, and uterus. It is also used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and Crohn's disease. It can be taken alone or in combination with other medicines, but excessive use can cause serious side effects. Common side effects include ulcerative stomatitis, hair loss, low blood cell count, increased liver enzymes, nausea, and abdominal distress. It may also lower the ability to fight infections and cause problems with blood, liver, or kidneys. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
