Common side effects include ulcerative stomatitis, hairloss, low blood cell count, increased liver enzymes, nausea, and abdominal distress. It may also lower the ability to fight infections and cause problems with blood, liver, or kidneys. It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
