Niles Cold & Flu Tablet is a medication used to treat common cold symptoms, including stuffiness in the nose and allergy symptoms. It is taken with or without food, and the dosage depends on the patient's condition. It is important to continue taking the medication as recommended by the doctor, as stopping early may cause symptoms to return and worsen the condition. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, dry mouth, insomnia, restlessness, fatigue, and headache. These side effects are usually temporary and usually resolve over time. It is advised to avoid driving or mental focus until the patient knows how the medication affects them. Patients with kidney or liver diseases, pregnancy, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding should inform their doctor before taking the medication.
