Mycolate-500 Tablet is an immunosuppressant medication used to prevent organ rejection after transplants by suppressing the body's immune system. It is taken on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal, and should be taken regularly. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, high blood pressure, and changes in white blood cell count. It may increase the risk of infections and certain cancers. It is not recommended for pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding individuals.
