Levonol-IT Respules is a medication used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD), which blocks airflow to the lungs. It relaxes air passage muscles, making breathing easier, and relieves coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath. Regular use is recommended, even if no symptoms are present. It should not be used to relieve sudden shortness of breath. Common side effects include dry mouth, shortness of breath, cough, tremors, headache, palpitations, and muscle cramps. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should inform their doctor about kidney or liver diseases, pregnancy, and breastfeeding before taking the medication.
