Ivamart 5 Tablet is a medication used to treat angina and chronic heart failure by lowering heart rate, reducing hospitalization risk. It should be taken with food daily, and excessive use can cause heart slowdown. Common side effects include vision brightness, slow heart rate, high blood pressure, atrial fibrilation, dizziness, and ECG changes. It is not suitable for those with severe liver disease, low resting heart rate, heart rhythm disorders, or recent heart failure worsening. It also interacts with other medications, and is not recommended for pregnant, trying to be pregnant, or breastfeeding.
