Idoz Tablet is an emergency birth control pill that prevents unintended pregnancies after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure. It temporarily stops egg release from the ovary or sperm fertilization. It is effective within 72 hours of unprotected sex. Common side effects include headache, nausea, abdominal pain, fatigue, dizziness, diarrhea, vomiting, breast tenderness, and irregular periods. Before use, check if you are not pregnant, miss your period, or are breastfeeding.
