Fexinol-M Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat allergy symptoms like runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion. It is taken with or without food and should be continued as recommended by the doctor. Common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, skin rash, flu-like symptoms, and headache. It may cause dizziness and sleepiness, so don't drive or do mental focus until you know how it affects you. Avoid alcohol and support self-medication.
