Ethamcors-TX Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding by preventing blood clot breakdown and controlling excessive bleeding. It increases platelet adhesion and blood clot formation. It can be taken with or without food, but it's best taken daily. Common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, headache, nasal congestion, sinus pain, rash, tiredness, and musculoskeletal pain. It may cause diarrhea, so fluids are recommended. Consult a doctor if no changes in periods occur after three consecutive periods. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor.
