It should be taken daily, not broken or chewed. It may take up to 4 weeks for symptoms to improve. Common side effects include decreased libido, impotence, and breast tenderness. It should not be taken by women or children. It may affect other medications, so inform your doctor about all other medications. It may also be advised to wear a condom during sex and have blood pressure checked frequently.
