Acarboz-M Tablet is an anti-diabetic drug used to treat type 2 diabetes in adults. It helps control blood sugar levels and should be taken with food daily. The dose may vary depending on your condition. Stopping without consulting a doctor can increase risks of kidney damage, blindness, nerve problems, and limb loss. A healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight reduction are also recommended. Common side effects include flatulence, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fluid retention, and increased liver enzymes. Not recommended for individuals with type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, severe kidney or liver disease, heart disease, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with blood sugar levels.
